Team format at a glance
- Form a team of four and take on the 10KM relay together.
- 2.5KM per runner, passing the tasuki as one unit.
- Open to runners aged 12+.
- Mixed-gender teams welcome.
- Includes 1 Japanese and 1 Indian runner to honour EKIDEN’s heritage and the host nation.
